La data de 12 noiembrie 2019 a avut loc o nouă întâlnire de lucru a clusterului Dual Use. În cadrul întâlnirii s-au discutat aspecte legate de organizarea clusterului și de primirea de noi membrii. De asemenea, în cadrul întâlnirii a fost ales ca Președinte interimar domnul Ștefan Dănilă, vicepreședinte TID Group Romania.
