The efficacy of the Dual Use Cluster is profoundly augmented by its extensive partnerships, which embody the Multiple Helix paradigm and ensure multifaceted stakeholder engagement. Key collaborators include the Wallachia eHub (WeH), a regional European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) operational since 2018 in South Muntenia and Bucharest-Ilfov regions. WeH specializes in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, robotics, geographic information systems (GIS), building information modeling (BIM), and twin transitions (digital and green). It supports SMEs and public authorities through digitization services, training, technology adoption, and innovation partnerships, thereby infusing advanced digital tools into the dual-use domain.
